Q. How do I order?
A. Follow these instructions:

  1. Simply click on the “Order” button at the top of the page.
  2. Fill out the “Order” form so we can determine if your date, location and request for signs is available. You will NOT be charged simply by filling out this form.
  3. We will email you to let you know if the above is available. If it is you will receive an invoice via email.
  4. Pay the invoice to RESERVE YOUR SPOT. Your date will not be reserved until the invoice is paid.

Q. Do I get to keep the signs?
A. Yard ShoutOuts is a Rental Yard Sign business.
So you will not be able to keep the signs. But, by being able to rent that means you can get amazing new designs and options every time you hire us to give you a ShoutOut!

Q. When do you set up the signs?
A. We typically like to do setup in the morning between 7 – 8 a.m.
We like to work in the light whenever possible instead of creeping into your yard at night to set up.

Q. How long do the signs stay up?
A. You are paying for a 1-day rental. Typically that means setting up early in the morning between 7-9 a.m. and picking back up in the evening between 7-9 p.m.
We will always give you the option to choose when possible. During high demand times, we will definitely pickup at night in order to be ready to install all our ShoutOuts the following morning. We will communicate with you to agree on a pick up time. You do have the option to pay for an additional rental day if the inventory is available.

Q. Why does my invoice say Molly O Designs, LLC?
A. Yard ShoutOuts as you know is run by 2 teen entrepreneurs. They have set up a DBA (Doing Business As) through the state of Nevada under the parent corporation Molly O Designs, LLC.

Q. Am I guaranteed the design that I requested in my order form?
A. Because we work with our existing inventory, we do not guarantee colors, icons, designs, etc. But will do our very best to create something your recipient will love! If you see something you love on our website, make sure to include it in your request. We will do our best to incorporate it. But we do not special order objects that we don’t currently have in inventory because it is on your order form.
