  • Order is not guaranteed until Yard ShoutOuts determines your requested date and design is available. We will contact you via text to verify your order.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking in order to hold the reservation.
  • Design colors, elements and sayings are not guaranteed. Due to high demand, we will do our absolute best to create an amazing Yard ShoutOut for your occasion, but can’t promise exact elements. See our FAQ page for additional information.

Before Your Yard ShoutOut is Installed:

  • If your ground is extremely hard, please try to water the night before to make installation a little easier. If you have rocks or concrete, please let us know so we can try to find an alternative install.
  • Please make sure the yard is mowed before the display is placed.
  • CANCEL ANY MOWING service while the display is set up. If there is any damage to the display due to mowing, you will need to replace each piece that is damaged.
  • PLEASE TURN OFF SPRINKLERS while the signs are installed. The water in the valley is very hard and will leave a stain on our signs. You will be responsible for paying for any damage that is done by the sprinklers.
  • Please do not touch or play around the display. Displays are not strong enough to support any weight. There also may be sharp edges that could cut someone.
  • Please do not attach anything to any part of the display. NO BALLOONS OR STREAMERS! The Vegas heat can cause balloons and streamers to melt/soften and ruin the signs. If a sign is ruined due to something being attached to it, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
  • Please do not remove or dispose of any sign.
  • If you need an earlier pick up, please call us.
  • Yard ShoutOuts is not responsible for any injury or damage that is caused to any person or their property while our signs are installed. It is the property owners responsibility to point out sprinklers lines or electrical lines that could be hit or damaged by stakes.
  • If there is any damage to the signs while they are on your property, or the signs are stolen, the property owner will be responsible for the replacement costs.

Refund Policy

  • 48 hours notice is required for a full refund. If inside the 48 hours window, you can receive a 50% refund or reschedule at a different time within 6 months.
  • In the event we are unable to set up the display due to incremental weather, you will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be given if the wrong address is given.
  • If we can not access a gated community to set the display, there will be no refund. If you we have to make a second attempt to deliver to a gated community there will be an extra $30 fee.
  • No refund will be given if we can not access the property due to an animal.
  • No refund will be given if the recipient of the Yard ShoutOut refuses the display.
